This is the scene between the two that I hold closest to my heart (then it’s the swimming pool scene). JUST LOOK AT HER FACE AND THE LOOK HE GIVES HER. While she’s so amazed and awed by the fireworks, he just stares at her and smile. That adored look he gives her, it’s so tender and sweet. And the way he smiles. Then when he realizes that she’s staring at him again, he acts as if it’s nothing. But the viewer knows that something went on, that look he gave, while she was unaware, definitely showed he adored her despite his denial of it.
